Project Managers and readiness management experts from Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) will provide insight on methodology behind how the Army material community is fielding of expeditionary communications capability--efforts directly support the expeditionary Army Warfighter Challenges. Highlighted will be lessons learned from Unit Set and Capability Set Fielding, network training and sustainment observations and business practices and acquisition methods in place to deliver expeditionary tactical network capability. Key highlights include how developers have implemented Soldier feedback into improved operational network capability, fielding priorities for Army network Capability Set efforts, and discussion of needed technology to make the network easier to use and enhance critical capability.
