How To Make Liqueurs and Cordials (Room Garden Salon One & Two)

The process for making liqueurs and cordials is simple and straightforward, and the results are divine. (The Irish Cream recipe alone will make you VERY popular.) Methods will be discussed and demonstrated, and there will be an opportunity for a tasting. (The tasting will be first come, first served, and probably only one taste per attendee). At press time we are planning to taste pineapple rum, Irish Cream, and bacon-flavored bourbon, but we may also do a cherry brandy, with and without chocolate. Limited quantities of a hard copy handout will be available, and a soft copy can be e-mailed. (21+ ID required)
