Low back pain is often described as a diagnosis and many guidelines exist for suggested treatment restrictions. These guidelines often fall short of providing useful clinical practice recommendations. This session will discuss these factors in a clinical case-based discussion. The panel will include physiatrists, physical therapists and surgeons. Clinically relevant decision-making will be discussed in addition to lumbar guideline recommendations from other societies.
