In an era in which confidentiality is sometimes overlooked or compromised, there are the personal wills of clients and the professional wills of counselors. This presentation will address wills for the counselor and client. In addition, the session will seek to answer the following questions: (1) Does confidentiality cease with death? (2) Who has access to client records following the death of the client? The death of the counselor? (3) What is the content of a professional will?
