This “High Performance Coaching and Leadership Academy” is offered by 1 Smart Career and is designed to address leadership deficiencies in fire service organizations. In its entirety, the full academy consists of 24 – 72 hours of instruction; however this program will deliver a sampling or mini-sessions from the full academy. Topical matter of the mini-sessions include: creating a high-performance culture; discussing the 10 commandments of fire officership; identifying behaviors that derail good performance; establishing plans to improve performance; and identifying leadership best practices which can be integrated into your own personal leadership style.
