It’s not a matter of if but when your data will come under a cyber attack. If it can happen to some of the biggest companies out there, it can and will happen to you. You have worked toward compliance with HIPAA, but have you invested enough in protecting your data, networks, portable devices, and communication access points from outside attacks and hacking? This session will address some of the key areas that you need to address in evaluating your vulnerabilities. In addition, it will provide an update on the latest developments in HIPAA. The HHS Office of Civil Rights (OCR) has come under scrutiny for not doing enough about compliance and is set to re-launch its random audit program in 2016. This session will provide you with some additions to your HIPAA toolbox.
