Is your company currently developing or interested in developing energy projects? If so, the NECA Energy Conservation and Performance (ECAP) platform was created with your business in mind. NECA ECAP allows NECA contractors to become project developers and energy solutions contractors by providing flexible project financing and performance guarantees for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects (similar to an energy service
company, or ESCO). This program will demonstrate how to take advantage of this tool to leverage opportunities covering electrical and mechanical work— or almost any other project that generates energy savings—by identifying project examples, market opportunities, and new NECA ECAP features for taking advantage of the growing energy market.
