This presentation will look at how INTERPOL is making use of fingerprints and DNA in various events throughout the world. We will look at data collection, the use of biometrics by member countries and how biometrics help identify victims of disasters. Biometrics are being used more and more and INTERPOL will show how by sharing data all member countries can assist in making the world a safer place, capturing criminals and solving crimes through trace evidence.
