Abstract:
This talk will focus on what it takes to make Robots see and understand their environment. The industry is making tremendous strides in the areas of computer power, vision technology, scene understanding, and object recognition. Above all, the cost of robots are finally approaching a point where we will soon see Robots become as ubiquitous as cell phones and laptops, their genetic forefathers.
