When you agreed to serve as an officer, you probably did not think you would have to be a therapist. We'll discuss different types of difficult people, and different responses to each. What can you do? What should you do? The focus of this presentation is how to assess what to do, and provide basic tools a non-psychologist can quickly learn and use. A succinct method will be taught to quickly assess whether a member is likely to change. In addition, the types of situations or individuals a Local Group's officer should not even try to handle internally will be outlined.
