Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) was developed by the Stanford Research Institute for use by the United States Military Intelligence Unit STAR GATE. CRV, with its blind protocols, structured process, and use of both mind and body, is termed a "mental martial art." With practice the Controlled Remote Viewer develops the ability of their subconscious and conscious minds to learn to work together on a common task. Reporting sensory perceptions about people, events and locations across time and space using CRV is purposeful information gathering. Current professional uses for CRV are research, archeological projects, locating missing persons and business decision-making.
