LEAP: Membership Growth — Proven Methods

In 2008 Czech Mensa had 1,266 members; in 2014 there were 2,438 members. We are still growing and I would like to talk about the methods and rules we have used to start this growth. I will focus on ideas that any other national Mensa can easily use. We have also developed working infrastructure for volunteers (to let them realize their ideas) which entails more events, activities, GC programs, testing, etc. We made a huge progress but we do not want to rest on our laurels — so I hope to get some new inspiration, too.
