Session 7F: Regulations/Licensing: What's on the Horizon? (Room B115)

The session will look ahead at emerging issues for hydro licensing and regulatory policy to explore how recent policies are working and what changes the industry can anticipate. The panel will discuss issues such as two-year licensing, conduit reform and the impacts, tax incentives, and basin management impacts. The panel will also look at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission perspective on new legislation and regulations.
