After this session, participants will be able to: 1) assess the analytical and clinical performance of targeted mass spectrometry based multiplexed tests; 2) describe an infrastructure to interpret and report results; 3) explain the consequences of hardware, software and reagent updates; and 4) explain how to translate multiplexed, targeted mass spectrometry based protein tests from a research environment to standardized tests in a clinical laboratory.
