To successfully navigate the energy transition, energy companies need a new business model. This session will look at technical and social innovative solutions needed by companies to distinguish themselves from a sheer commodity provider/operator as well as the skills and capabilities companies and (future) employees need to develop to enable the companies’ transformation.
