This session will examine the latest energy policy and regulatory developments throughout Europe. A summary of the latest challenges, and, regulatory and political barriers to potential investment in the renewable energy space and low carbon technologies will be provided. The session will encourage debate as to what the favourable regulatory climate for the growth and promotion of renewable energy sources should look like.
