Learn the value of utilizing a digital ecosystem in your district. Baltimore County Public Schools is engaged in a multi-year transformation into a 21st century blended learning environment to prepare globally competitive graduates. BCPS educators customize instruction, while students have choice in personalizing their learning experience with their interactive digital platform that supports the learning environment transformation. This digital ecosystem includes a learning management system, professional learning, reporting, digital content, employee effectiveness, instructional tools, and a student information system. In this workshop, you will explore the work of BCPS and the role of digital ecosystems. Presenters will define and explore the role a digital ecosystem can play in the future of technology in education and how stakeholders can build capacity around its use and implementation.
