The Model Procurement Code Reaches Mid-Life:  What's Next? (Room Pueblo B)

This session will provide some history of the American Bar Association's Model Procurement Code for State and Local Governments but most of the session will focus on a discussion of the role that the Code should play now and in the future.  It will also include an interactive conversation about determining when the Code should be revised, including how best to identify state and local public procurement milestones. Come with your ideas!
