It’s no secret that attendees’ overall perception of value from an event has become closely coupled to the event mobile app. When designed properly and deployed strategically, the event mobile app can really move the needle on attendee experience. On the other hand, if the mobile app is underwhelming or attendees do not engage with it, then their experience is likely to suffer. For that reason, this session is designed to help Event Managers and Show Organizers internalize and apply the best practices needed to ensure that attendees get maximum value from the event mobile app.
