Confined space rescue is an often-misunderstood topic. Many safety professionals inaccurately believe that their local fire department can provide rescue services, or that relying on non-entry rescue will provide the protection necessary for their employees. In this session, we’ll address common obstacles to non-entry rescue, the availability and limitations of fire department confined space rescue capabilities, and entry rescue best practices and techniques – including effective training options.
