The Railway Supply Institute will hold its Annual Membership Meeting in conjunction with the RSI/CMA 2018 Rail Expo & Technical Conference on Sunday, September 9 at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee. During the RSI Annual Membership Meeting, there will be formal RSI Governing Board elections, bylaw changes, a review of RSI activities, and a discussion of future plans for RSI which will be presided over by RSI Board Chairman, Pat Ameen.
In June, the RSI Board of Directors established a slate of three candidates to begin 3-year terms on the RSI Board starting January 1, 2019. The candidates will be introduced to the RSI membership at the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting where they will be formally approved as members of the RSI Board.
Each RSI member company’s contact officer is entitled to vote on the approval of these three candidates during the RSI Annual Membership Meeting. RSI member contact officers who are not able to attend the meeting may have RSI management represent their vote by returning a proxy.
During the meeting, a complimentary 100 square foot RSI booth at Railway Interchange 2019 will be given away to an person in attendance.
