What role does gender play in the attractions industry? Are gender issues taken seriously and managed competently? A panel of attractions professionals representing facilities, manufacturer and supplier companies explore these questions and provide workplace examples, tools and techniques to use when facing gender issues. Following the panel discussion, everyone is invited to participate in role-play exercises to try first hand some of the techniques recommended to handle gender inequity in the moment. This is an excellent opportunity to practice these techniques in a safe, no-pressure space with colleagues and peers.
