For some, loss is an expected life experience and navigating loss comes as second nature. For others, loss is incomprehensible and disruptive of fragile roots. Still, for others, loss becomes a signature way of being. This LI serves as an invitation to explore loss and its companion, grief, and to acquire new skills for clinicians to work with the experience of loss. The death of loved ones, both sudden and anticipated, the loss of a relationship, and the loss of identity will be explored specifically.
