Southern Field Maintenance and Fabrication Buys Environmental Elements from Delta Ducon LLC

Arden, NC ‒ May 17, 2018 ‒ Southern Field is pleased to announce the asset purchase of the Environmental Elements (EEC) business line from Delta Ducon LLC. EEC specializes in Air Pollution Control (APC) equipment and technology for power and industrial markets consisting mainly of Pulse Jet Fabric Filters (PJFF) and Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP). This purchase will further grow the key APC services and technologies of Southern Field.
"We are very pleased with the addition of Environmental Elements to our group," said Steve Moore, President of Southern Field. "EEC is one of the largest and most respected Air Pollution Control equipment and technology suppliers in the U.S. We plan to service the EEC installed base of approximately 1,000 APC units in North America with spare parts and service. Additionally, we will supply OEM ESP and PJFF Equipment. All of these services will be turnkey, EPC capabilities which are a huge plus for the North American marketplace."
