Industry-leader announces Select Ship at 2019 NPGA Expo
Toledo, Ohio, March 25, 2019 – Well-known for its outstanding technical and delivery support, Bergquist, Inc. is once again changing the propane industry with the introduction of an affordable 2-day subscription-based shipping program. Starting April 15, Bergquist will offer Select Ship, a 2-day shipping initiative for all customer deliveries in the contiguous United States.
The yearly subscription plan allows customers to receive propane equipment in only two days, Select Ship is unlike any other shipping program seen in the propane industry and provides a reliable resource for customers who need products immediately.
“We have been frequently asked about this type of initiative through our ongoing customer communication,” said Lauren Clark, vice president of operations for Bergquist. “Our commitment is to ship products quickly and correctly and we felt that developing the Select Ship program was the best way to respond to our customer’s needs and further carry out our core values.”
Customers who enroll in the program will have peace of mind when choosing Select Ship. Bergquist has a list of over 60 items in stock that are ready to be shipped on a moment’s notice. If Bergquist does not have the guaranteed items in stock at the time of a purchase or does not deliver items within two business days, customers will receive a 10 percent credit on those items.
“While most 2-day shipping programs like this are accompanied by pricey overnight charges, ours is not”, said Clark. “Bergquist’s philosophy is to continue supplying both superior equipment and quality technical assistance to our customers, and this new program does just that.”
Customers can participate in the annual Select Ship plan for $499 per year. The subscription includes free freight on all standard equipment, vent-free heaters and tankless water heater orders with no minimum.
