History of Giving Waymouth Farms, Makers of Good Sense®
At Waymouth Farms, our mission is to provide innovative, quality snack foods for healthier living. Founder, Gerry Knight, has always been active and focused on making healthy choices. When he couldn’t find healthy snack options made from quality ingredients, Gerry invented his own. Starting in his garage in 1976, he created the Good Sense® brand by hand-mixing his favorite nuts, seeds and fruits into sweet and savory snacks. Word spread about his innovative snacks, and soon he had a successful business that offered personal delivery of Good Sense® snacks to local grocery store chains. Today, Gerry’s legacy lives on in the second generation, which owns and operates the business. Waymouth Farms has expanded to distribute quality snack products nationally and internationally. Our satisfying snacks, commitments to high-quality raw ingredients as well as our health-conscious in-house processing and packaging make the difference.
