InfoSight Corporation is excited to announce the addition of the LabeLase® 4000 Laser Tag Printer to the LabeLase® family of tag printers. We currently build the world’s fastest metal tag printer. With the LL4000, we’ve doubled that speed. It is designed with more powerful lasers to deliver the higher printing speed. Faster printing is valuable for increased production speeds and increased tag data. The LL4000 fits easily on desktops or inside control cabinets and pulpits and provides sharp, clear text, bar codes, logos, and graphics.
The LabeLase® 4000 Printer continues the evolution of the LabeLase® printer, providing our customers with the convenience of a desktop or control panel sized printer for laser marking metal tags. The LabeLase® Producer TM Software that comes included with every printer makes designing tags with any data and graphics desired easy for the average user. Accessories are available as needed and include exhaust systems and tag re-winders for batch printing.
The LabeLase® 4000 is intended for companies looking to increase the speed of their production processes, as well as companies looking to increase size of their metal tags. The LL4000 is ideal for steel mills that have minimal time between scales and tagging. The printer easily communicates with the computer system in a mill to download data directly into a custom designed tag and print on demand. The printer creates tags fast enough to keep up with the most streamlined steel production rates, even when printing both 1D and 2D bar codes.
