A GIANT APE IS STANDING ON THE ROOF OF MEDINA, MOVING AND ROARING!
It's the biggest animatronic in the world, 13 m high, designed and produced in Italy by EOS, for the Tunisian Client CarthageLand.
The huge gorilla is standing on top of a previous building, featuring an indoor theme park. And it's surrounded by a customized spinning coaster, running on the rooves of the surrounding buildings.
The set is completed by a dark ride section, where guests enter a threating jungle on the same train of the coaster. The dark ride combines real items and decorations with virtual reality contents (projections and video-mapping)...
A tailor made project, completed in 2 years with the joint work of an international team of engineers (from Italy, France and Tunisia).
The Giant Ape Adventure opened to public on 18 March 2018, by the presence of the Tunisian Ministers for Tourism, and the Minister for Youth Activities and Education.
