The new TriSeal Carton Closer TSC-300z, the latest addition to Delkor's Capstone Closer product line, requires less than 25 square feet of plant floor space, which is significantly less than most other three-flap carton closers available today. Designed for low-/mid-range throughput, even for hand-pack operations, at up to 60 cartons per minute, the Model TSC-300z Closer provides precision closing for a wide variety of preformed carton styles: TriSeal Flap, Single- or Side-Flap.
The Closer is designed to match the pace of a Delkor Trayfecta® Carton Former when operating a single forming head. Both Delkor machines -- Former and Closer -- share a common controls architecture that supports system integration and operator training while minimizing the on-site inventory of spare parts.
