Sidney, Ohio (January 30, 2018) — Peerless Food Equipment announced it will exhibit its Pioneer mixer at the Hobart booth (662) during the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, March 19 to 22, 2018.
Peerless and Hobart are both part of the ITW Food Equipment Group (a division of Illinois Tool Works). Peerless has been a long-time supplier of mixers and dough feeding equipment to larger pizza crust manufacturers, while Hobart serves the commercial market.
Peerless recently introduced the Pioneer mixers — a line of smaller capacity horizontal mixers to address the needs of customers who mix between 110 and 280 quarts or 200 to 500 pounds of pizza dough.
The Pioneer mixer provides the required speeds and efficiency to mix ingredients with the convenient delivery of completed doughs from a horizontal mixer. The mixer delivers the dough at table top height or into a hopper with no additional bowl lifting requirements. It also features an open frame that greatly enhances sanitation and reduces maintenance time. Controls on the mixer are easy to set up and operate.
The Peerless Pioneer mixer is targeted to smaller pizza chains, pizza dough suppliers and commissaries who can benefit from having a centralized pizza crust manufacturing area. This mixer, with a triple roller bar agitator, can also be used to mix bread doughs and can be integrated with ingredient and dough handling systems.
