Stirling Dynamics Announces New Stick and Throttle Contract from Edwards Air Force Base

Orlando, FL, December 6, 2019 - Stirling Dynamics, world leaders in active control technology, announced today that it has been awarded a contract from Edwards Air Force Base to supply the F-35 stick and throttle cockpit sets for the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) Program. The contract represents a growing customer-base for Stirling in the US.

“Stirling is pleased to have been selected by Edwards Air Force Base. Our technology will help provide a safe, realistic and highly interactive environment for EAFB personnel to train and become mission-ready.” Commented Stirling’s ACT Business Manager, Jonathan Boon. “Stirling’s active simulator controls are feature-rich and “like-for-like” in terms of realism and fidelity. We are unmatched in both experience and skill in the development and production of active control simulation cockpit sets that are totally immersive and highly effective in training pilots to take control of real aircraft. We look forward to working with EAFB on this exciting, state-of-the-art program.”
