Lakbir has never been a subscriber, right from her early days designing the wedding trousseaus of countless Indian brides to now, at the helm of her own drapery design practice in Scarsdale, New York. Established in early 2015, following an education in interior design at Parsons, LDesign fashions luxurious drapes that are suited to the needs of your space and yours alone! Most have learned their skill, very young, by watching and working with an elder in the family and continue to make it their lifework despite the lack of accolades and monetary rewards.
