Global Crafts to Launch New Fair Trade Products at NY NOW
EDGEWATER, FL - January 25, 2019 - Global Crafts, importer and wholesaler of handmade, fair trade items from around the world, will exhibit for the first time ever at NY NOW where it will launch new products across home, holiday and children’s categories.
Global Crafts will introduce new hand-felted products from Global Groove. New products include an extensive line of napkin rings, coasters and trivets, and new additions to its existing line of children’s toys. The napkin rings feature succulents, cacti, llamas, holiday themes and more. The coasters and trivets feature a wide range of color options and designs for everyday and holiday use. The earth-friendly children’s toys include dragons, fairies, dinosaurs, castles and houses. These original pieces are designed by women’s groups and fair trade organizations in Nepal. Global Crafts is the exclusive U.S. distributor of the Global Groove brand.
Global Crafts will also introduce a new collection of hand-painted ceramics from Nobunto, a South African, fair trade artisan group that is known for its vibrant, hand-painted candles. Each candle design is inspired by a word that comes from the producer’s South African roots. The new ceramic pieces are designed to mimic the candle collection. New candle designs will also be shown.
