Oblation Papers & Press is an urban paper mill, letterpress print shop, hand-bindery and fine retail paper boutique, founded by Ron and Jennifer Rich in 1989. Our wholesale line of academic, amusing, artisanal paper goods, including our subsidiary, the Hat+Wig+Glove Company are made exclusively in Portland, Oregon.
Our in-house team of designers releases roughly 80 new products annually, inspired by music, textiles, food, architecture, and literature. Adhering to the highest standards of hand-craftsmanship assures that they not only look great, but are lasting and easy to use. These have been made available at New York City trade shows for over 20 years and are sold through paper and gift shops in the U.S. and internationally, recently exhibiting in London, Tokyo and Paris.
