T2 Tea grows to eleven retail stores in 2018
NEW YORK, NY – T2 is tea reimagined. Born and brewed in Melbourne, Australia back in 1996, T2 is inspired by the people they meet and the far-flung places they visit.
T2 first came to the USA in 2014, bringing Soho tea drinkers a unique take on tea. Since then T2 has opened 4 more stores in NYC (Columbus Ave, Dey St., Rockefeller Center, Brooklyn) with a sixth store in Boston, MA. In late 2018, after recognizing that their West Coast customers were thirsty for great tea, four West Coast stores opened in previous Teavana locations in the following malls: Fashion Valley, Galleria at Roseville, Brea, and Valley Fair. The year concluded with an eleventh opening at Roosevelt Field Mall, extending T2’s reach to Long Island customers.
Twisting ancient tea rituals with a modern spin, whether it’s pure, handcrafted teas or extraordinary new blends by their very own tea sommelier, there’s a brew to quench just about every tea lover’s curiosity. Bringing magic to the brewing process and the way tea is served is what they do best, always with the intention to bring more tea into every day.
