Panama Jack Launches Innovative New Collections that Deepen Brand Experience and Connect with Consumers’ Values

Orlando, FL – January 7, 2019 – Panama Jack, the casual lifestyle brand that has defined relaxed living for the past 45 years, continues to lead the way today with a trio of new product offerings that allows people to live the lifestyle, while being eco-friendly and safer in the sun. The company is debuting its new collections at this week’s Surf Expo in Orlando at Booth 1802.

Launching newly developed formulas that help protect the marine environment, Panama Jack aligns its signature suncare product with growing efforts to safeguard threatened coral reefs. Many sunscreens contain chemicals such as oxybenzone and octinoxate, which according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration may kill coral and damage coral reefs. Neither chemical is used in Panama Jack’s newly formulated sunscreen products, including its all new Sport collection with fresh, active-oriented packaging. 

The lifestyle brand for people on-the-go also premiers new performance apparel at the trade show. Its collection of short and long-sleeve shirts is made from an ultra-lightweight wicking fabric with UPF35+ sun protection featuring the brand’s vintage art and designs. Panama Jack also offers a long-sleeve guide shirt, which converts to short sleeves. Its ultra-lightweight fabric with UPF50 sun protection, has a vented back, two double pockets and a hook and loop fastener.

Panama Jack’s third introduction includes new premium eyewear and footwear collections developed for luxury resorts, specialty stores and department stores. The brand plans to increase its reach in these channels with premium additions in its other product categories.
