Inventor Mike Becker has been building surfboards for over 26 years, but it wasn’t until 2009 that he set out to revolutionize the way people travel with and store their boards. After years of trial and error, testing and re-engineering, the final product was patented and released in 2013. Although not the first to create a two piece surfboard, Becker and his team have revolutionized the idea. Each board is made from start to finish completely by hand, then packed in its own custom bag and shipped from our New York location.
