While attending a State Fair in the summer, a middle aged woman started showing signs of heat stress from being outside during the fair. Having seen the Bare Neck'd Ice Cooling Towels booth earlier, the womans son-in-law made his way back to their booth and advised them of the situation and was given a wet, ice filled towel which he took to the woman and placed it around her neck. After several minutes all of her symptoms subsided and she was able to continue enjoying the fair.
Bare neck'd, Ice Cooling Towels owners, do not say that their product is a replacement for professional care but that it has in the past assisted at least one other person in a similar situation.
