Combed Compact Yarn: Compact yarn spinning is an advanced way of spinning the yarn. Compared with conventional way of spinning, the quality parameters of compact spinning such as tenacity, elasticity, mass irregularity, yarn faults and hairiness are much better. Compact spun yarn can reach required technical specifications (to be strong enough to resist tensions in weaving) with %20 less twisting ratio which increases the absorbency and softness. All our products with double ply pile are woven with combed compact yarn. Prewashed and preshrunk dobby yarn: We use prewashed and preshrunk yarn to have a clean nice looking, tidy dobby and to minimize shrinkage after washing and drying with temperatures indicted in care instructions. Double stitch on long side and lock stitch on short side hems: All our towels have extra security stich on long side and lock stich on short side hems to ensure durability and long lasting to indulge yourself for years to come after so many washes.
