Flow International Displays Mach 500 and Mach 200 at
FABTECH 2019
KENT, Wash., – Flow International Corporation, the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet cutting systems will display the latest in waterjet technology at FABTECH 2019, in booth A4931. The tradeshow will be held November 11th to 14th, at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. Throughout the show, Flow will run live demonstrations of their Mach 500 and Mach 200 waterjet systems, providing attendees with the most comprehensive, hands-on experience at FABTECH. The Mach 500 is designed to deliver precision performance while improving productivity and increasing uptime; the Mach 200 is specifically engineered to deliver high quality performance at a lower price point.
Driven by extensive research and customer feedback, the Mach 500 is revolutionary in terms of throughput, reliability, and ease of operation. Combining unmatched accuracy with the fastest acceleration in waterjet, the Mach 500 is the ideal cutting solution to elevate performance levels and increase ROI. At Fabtech, Flow will feature the Mach 500 with Dynamic XD cutting head and HyperJet® pump, rated at 94,000 PSI.
Alongside the Mach 500, Flow will showcase the Mach 200 paired with Pivot+ Waterjet. The Mach 200 is a flexible and practical waterjet solution that provides capabilities to take on more advanced applications than similar systems at the same price point. The Mach Series is backed by FlowCare, Flow’s support and service program dedicated to improving customer uptime and worry-free operation.
Flow will also debut the ATS 2200 by SHAPE Mined Materials at FABTECH. The ATS 2200 is the most efficient and flexible way to remove abrasive, with capabilities to extract any mesh size or type from the system catcher tank. Featuring a vacuum-assisted cleaning system, the ATS 2200 removes used abrasive, reducing downtime due to system cleanout and maximizing production uptime. Designed by waterjet experts, the ATS 2200 is a safe, clean, and portable abrasive removal solution for all waterjet cutting systems.
