HOSHIZAKI’S Steelheart Series is a commercial line engineered for durability, performance and efficiency. Just like our legendary ice makers, we’ve designed our new refrigeration series to survive real-world commercial kitchen conditions.
With its redesigned top mount refrigeration design, these new reach-ins have up to 10% more internal storage capacity, use less parts for simple, reliable design, and utilize environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Steelheart’s unique louvered and ducted panels deliver optimum airflow throughout the cabinet, which maintains even, NSF-7 temperatures with quick recovery so that food products remain fresh, nutritious, and safe. Hoshizaki uses stainless steel inside, on the front, sides and top of the units for maximum durability and cleanability. Standard air filter has easy access from the top without opening the front or top.
