The entire Endurance line of high-quality spotting scopes matches the core of the Endurance line of optics offered by Hawke. The chassis of each scope is extremely durable to handle the harshest environments and conditions. This means dependable performance for many years of use.
“One of the biggest challenges with spotting scopes is eye strain,” said Kevin Sheehan, V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Hawke Optics. “You spend a lot of time looking through the scope, picking apart objects that are far off, which can put a lot of strain on your eye and lead to discomfort. To combat this, we chose extra-low dispersion (ED) glass for our new Endurance ED Compact Spotting Scopes. While other spotters with this glass cost much more, ours is the best value in the class.”
Each Endurance Spotting Scope is nitrogen purged and is water and fog proof. The Compact 12-36X ED scopes have BAK-4 porro prisms for intense color transfer and ultra-sharp contrast. Dielectric coating in the prism and lenses increase light reflectivity and further sharpen the images. They offer exceptional close focus from 8.2 feet and a 174- to 90-feet field of view at 1,000 yards.
The Endurance Spotting Scopes feature twist-up eyepieces with a 3x ratio in both the angled and straight models for added durability and adjustability. Each scope is outfitted with a dual-focus knob with both course and fine focus adjustment. This allows you to quickly survey an area, and adjust for finer detail when you truly need to pick up on every element of a spot like determining if that is a branch, or an antler tine sticking up.
The new Endurance ED Compact Spotting Scopes come in either a straight, or angled eye-piece design. Each comes with a stay-on soft scope cover, and flip-up lens covers for durability and ease of use in the field. They are completely digi-scope compatible for use with your camera equipment, making it easy to capture moments from a distance. Both models retail for $329.99 and come with the Hawke Lifetime Warranty.
