Designed for the hard-core and DIY enthusiast, the lowers are offered in two versions: flat front magazine well face and finger groove magazine well front face. AAO 80% AR9 Dedicated Glock Mag Lowers are machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and are quality inspected to insure tight tolerances. 80% lowers can be transformed into functional firearms by the end user. The end user typically utilizes a jig or mill to transform an 80% lower into a functional firearm. The AR9 Dedicated Glock Mag Lowers can be completed using any jig or mill capable of finishing a regular Mil-Spec AR15 Lower receiver. AAO 80% AR9 Dedicated Glock Mag Lowers are designed to accept the popular Glock 9mm handgun magazine. The lower is designed to work with any of the 9mm-specific AR bolt carrier groups that are available. AAO 80% AR9 Dedicated Glock Mag Lowers also include a patent pending integrated LRBHO (Last Round Bolt Hold Open) feature that is user adjustable and designed to work with any manufacturer’s Glock-pattern magazine on the market. The magazine release utilized on the AAO 80% AR9 Dedicated Glock Mag Lowers is made out of aluminum. It has been designed to survive real world abuse and it will not wear out like a plastic release.
