The flagship Frontier line of riflescopes from Hawke has been updated for 2019 with new features ideal for hunters and precision shooters. A new exposed tactical turret design features zero-stop, resettable and lockable turrets with state of the art return to zero function in 1/10 MRAD or 1/4 MOA. As well as the features that made this line of scopes great including, the index matched lenses with exceptional clarity throughout the field of view, together with crisp image transmission ensuring an unsurpassed viewing experience. The optical system with its wide magnification range, provides increased flexibility when transitioning between close and long range shooting. Hawke’s wide range of unique reticles continue to push the limits of the shooter and hunter, with caliberspecific reticles that provide incredible accuracy. You would expect a binocular named the Frontier to be tough, and the Hawke Binoculars are just that. With a lightweight magnesium alloy frame that is rubber coated for grip in wet conditions, these binoculars will handle even the most trying conditions. Twist-up eye cups and stay-on lens covers are convenient and add durability.
The new Frontier HD X models offer stunning high definition viewing with incredible color control and phase correction. First class lens coatings on all surfaces throughout the binocular and dielectric coated prisms ensure the highest amount of light transmission.
All Frontier binoculars pass through a strict quality control inspection to ensure all aspects match design intent. They are optically checked for resolution, light transmission and Strehl Ratio for optical image formation. They are further tested in extreme operational temperature conditions from -15°C to +55°C and storage temperatures -40°C to +70°C. Final checks of waterproofing to IPX7 and fog proofing are tested.
