Wild Flour Bakery is introducing its new brand; Bravadough! /bre va do/.  Based on Wild Flour's multi award-winning formulations, Bravadough! doughs respect the craft of artisan pizza.  No shell can give you the menu flexibility a dough offers.  And no gluten free dough gives you the authentic taste of wheat like Bravadough!

Wild Flour has gone back to the test kitchen and come up with a pizza dough that is easy to handle, has up to 10 days of shelf life once defrosted and performs equal to wheat in all oven types and temperatures.  Made for chefs and operators that take pride in their craft and understand that fresh is always best.  And while fresh may be best, a bit of age on your pizza dough could be even better.  Take our doughs to a full sourdough if that's your desired flavor profile.

With two distinctly different pizza doughs, chef can create everything from pan-style pies to flatbreads, garlic knots to waffles, even pocket breads and focaccia for artisan sandwiches that are gluten free.
