SPEEDCLEAN SHOWCASES SOLUTIONS THAT DELIVERS INCREMENTAL REVENUE FOR CONTRACTORS THROUGH EASY CLEANING OF MINI SPLIT SYSTEMS
Stamford, Conn. – December 9, 2015 - Industry projections show another year of strong growth in mini split air handler installations, bringing the number of installed units to date into the millions. And similarly to all HVAC systems, mini split components like coils and blower wheels require frequent, ongoing cleaning to maintain efficiency. This maintenance, while representing a large opportunity for revenue to HVAC contractors, has been largely ignored due to impractical tools and time consuming labor, until now.
SpeedClean will showcase its Mini Split Bib® Kit and CoilJet® products at the 2016 AHR Expo. These tools are optimized for cleaning mini split systems, and combine to deliver a fast, safe way to clean mini split evaporator coils, in place. While each solution is sold separately, the combination of products offers the highest performance in coil cleaning.
The Mini Split Bib® Kit solution features adjustable brackets, frames and a gathering “bib” that offers an all-in-one solution to cleaning mini split systems in place, while keeping walls, floors and other surfaces dry. It quickly attaches to mini split air handlers up to 44” in width and creates a collection “bib” that funnels cleaning liquids into an included bucket. This system now allows the wet cleaning of evaporator coils, with coil cleaner and pressurized water - the preferred method of cleaning coils in HVAC systems.

While the Mini Split Bib® Kit can be used with a variety of coil cleaners and pump sprayers, is optimized to work with our CoilJet CJ-125 portable coil cleaning systems. The CoilJet CJ-125 is an all in one portable coil cleaning system, carrying water and coil cleaner and delivering 125 psi spray from a rechargeable battery driven pump, offering the ultimate in portable coil cleaning of mini splits, evaporator coils and condenser coils.
