Karla J. Schilling, CEO/President is pleased to announce that Lynn Sheets joined Energy-Force on November 13, 2017as the Vice President of Business Strategy.
K & K Management Solutions is located near Indianapolis and has been a leading energy-management software solutions provider since 1986 with customers (“Valued Partners”) in 40 states. Their proprietary Energy-Force (www.energy-force.com) software provides seamless, comprehensive and flexible solutions designed entirely in-house to maximize efficiencies, productivity and profitability for agricultural and electrical cooperatives as well as independent propane and petroleum marketers.
Lynn has had successful and wide-ranging energy-related business experience with cooperatives, propane and petroleum marketers since 1974. He was a K & K Management Solutions’ Energy-Force Enterpriseä Valued Partner for 13 years as the Petroleum Manager at Key Cooperative/SCE in Iowa. Lynn is very active in the industry, including CHS Propane Marketer of the Year (2004 and 2008), PMCI Board Chairman (2010) and Bucket Box award winner (2012), Iowa Propane EFI Board (2002-2006), IPGA Governmental Relations Committee (instrumental in the passing of the state PERC), Iowa Propane Gas PAC and the NPGA Benchmarking Council.
As VP of Business Strategy, Lynn (lsheets@kkcomp.com) will be working closely with K & K’s Valued Partners to provide customized management services to create and manage new business strategies. This will dramatically help them increase ROI, productivity and efficiencies by establishing KPI’s to achieve attainable goals that will ensure consistent and sustainable bottom-line improvement.
