Aviation Instrument Technologies, Inc. (AITI) was founded in the late 1990s to design, build, and supply aircraft instruments, radios and multi-function displays used in commercial and government military flight simulators and vehicle simulators. Customers of the two companies include Lockheed Martin simulation, CAE flight simulators, NASA, Alkon valves and Arnott. Our designers and engineers have mechanical, electronic, and software capabilities, and have the manufacturing facilities in house for rapid prototyping, and volume production overseas with our numerous manufacturing partners. The products invented, designed and built by the AITI teams include electronic automotive suspension controllers using in house designed circuit boards and software, an electronic suspension controller for trucks using Alkon valves, a custom integration of a Rockwell Collins weather radar at Edwards for the Global Hawk using our in house designed and programmed Ethernet interface boards, and hundreds of simulator instruments, aircraft control panels, simulated radios and GPS units for simulator companies worldwide.
