1. Pillow shape with lip design for IPS rubber bag. Compared with the traditional shape, pillow shape is easier to spread, breathes more smoothly and has fewer folds. During operation, the direct contact and friction of the lip against the inner wall of the oil tank, helps to protect the exteriors of the rubber bag.

2. Initiated in China, design of different rubber materials for inside and outside is adopted instead of the one rubber material formula. The inside rubber material focuses on improving  the resistance to ozone aging in the air and the air tightness performance, while the outside rubber material focuses on improving oil resistance, heat aging and wear resistance.

3. In the production process of coated fabric, the automatic calender pressure laminating process is used instead of traditional manual fractioning and coating technology.

4. In the shaping stage, the integral shaping process is adopted to replace the traditional manual bonding process. The integral shaping process greatly enhances the bond strength and the pressure resistance performance of the rubber bag. Solved the problem of product quality instability caused by the manual production of traditional rubber bag. Completely eliminate leakage problem.

5. During production, the use of talcum powder and other polluting materials of the traditional process is totally abandoned. In the traditional process, the inevitable use of two types of material will produce pollution to transformer oil. One is ethyl acetate used in the frictioning and coating process of producing the coated fabric, the other is talcum powder used in the vulcanization shaping process. Due to the different processing method, which is completely environment friendly, IPS rubber bag can promise zero pollution to transformer oil.

6. Professional equipment of independent innovation designed and other advanced equipment in the industry are widely used in the production process, such as automatic rolling machine, laser cutting machine. The consistency of products is ensured by reducing the manual process of the traditional process.
