Pinhead locks are sold by quality bicycle retailers throughout North America and Europe. They are installed on the wheels, seatpost, saddle or headset of any bicycle to lock these components to the bicycle frame. These component locks use a special coded key to install, lock and un-lock all the components on that bicycle. Each key is engraved with a nine-digit code. Once installed, the Pinhead component locks remain on the bicycle when it is used, protecting these major components from theft.
